ICDS Symposium and Student Poster Session

The Institute for Computational and Data Sciences (ICDS) invites you to register for this year’s ICDS Symposium on Wednesday, Oct. 14, from 8:45 a.m. to 5:20 p.m. in Alumni Hall, HUB-Robeson Center, Penn State University Park.
This is an event with sessions for both students and faculty. The symposium will feature a student poster session, a keynote, panels and breakout sessions focused on topics around AI, building research collaborations and accelerating science and discovery.

The ICDS Symposium is designed to serve as a platform for building new connections, showcasing cutting-edge research and fostering a welcoming environment for discussion on the ethical, societal and scientific innovations and implications of data-driven technologies.
STUDENT POSTER SESSON:
If you have undergraduate or graduate students who have been working on AI, data sciences or computational sciences research, please encourage them to submit their work to the Symposium's Student Poster Session!
Details:
- Deadline to submit posters is Wednesday, Sept. 30, by 11:59 p.m. There will be no extensions. Submit a poster here: Qualtrics Survey | Qualtrics Experience Management
- Posters must have an AI, data sciences or computational sciences to be considered
- One student author must be present at the event on Oct. 14, from 3:20 to 5:20 p.m. in Alumni Hall, HUB-Robeson Center
- Students are not required to print their own posters
- Students must register for the Symposium prior to deadline
- Posters must be 48in by 36in or 36in by 48in
- Top three posters win awards
