College: College of Earth and Mineral Sciences
Major/Program: Materials Science and Engineering
Email: dxb5775@psu.edu
Research Interests: I work on using machine learning to study the behaviors of polymers. Recently, I have worked on studying the self-assembly behavior of sequence defined macromolecules using recurrent neural networks. Currently, I am working on manifold learning of sequence-defined macromolecules using dimensionality reduction techniques such as Umap, to study the trajectories of polymers to uncover hidden trend and patterns in the dataset via unsupervised learning.
